Introduction to Domain Modeling WS 2007/08

This seminar deals with practical questions of conceptual modeling, as they arise for example in net-based information systems with Semantic Web technologies. In talks and discussion we will address methodologies and good practice of modeling.
The students will be assigned a topic in the preliminary meeting scheduled on October, 8 will be requested to give a presentation during the seminar and to submit a technical report elaborating on the topic they presented. Attendance of the seminar throughout its entire duration is mandatory for all attendees. The reports can be submitted until January, 31, 2008 per email to the organizers.
